Baji99 Terms and Conditions — Rules for Pakistani Players

01 Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Baji99 platform, accessible at baji99.cash and all associated mobile-optimised interfaces ("the Platform"). Baji99 operates an online sports betting and gaming service open to eligible users in the territories it serves.

By registering a Baji99 account, clicking "I Agree" during the registration process, making a deposit, or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and that you agree to be bound by them. Your continued use of the Platform following any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

These Terms should be read together with the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and Baji99.

02 Eligibility & Registration

Age requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age to register a Baji99 account and use any part of the Platform. By registering, you confirm that you are 18 or older. Baji99 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 18 will be closed immediately and any funds — including deposited amounts — may be forfeited in accordance with applicable regulations.

One account per person: Each individual is permitted to hold only one Baji99 account. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under your own name, a family member's name, or using a different identity — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension, forfeiture of all balances across the accounts, and a permanent ban from the Platform.

Accurate information: You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information when registering, including your real name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number and any other information Baji99 requests. You are responsible for keeping this information current. Providing false information is a violation of these Terms.

Verification: Baji99 may at any time require you to verify your identity before processing a withdrawal or as part of standard Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures. Acceptable verification documents include a valid Pakistani National Identity Card (CNIC). Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions.

03 Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Baji99 username and password. Baji99 strongly recommends using a strong, unique password and enabling any two-factor authentication features that become available on the Platform.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised person, you must notify the Baji99 support team immediately at support@baji99.cash. Baji99 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your login credentials or where you have delayed notifying Baji99 of a suspected breach.

You must not use your Baji99 account for any purpose other than your own personal entertainment. Commercial use, using the Platform on behalf of another person, or using automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the Platform are all prohibited.

04 Deposits & Payments

Baji99 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) only. All account balances, bets, winnings and transactions on the Platform are denominated in PKR. No currency conversion is applied by Baji99.

Accepted deposit methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer and Visa/Mastercard debit cards issued by Pakistani banks.

Minimum deposit: The minimum single deposit amount is Rs 500. Maximum deposit amounts may apply depending on your chosen payment method and your account verification status.

Deposits made by Easypaisa and JazzCash are typically credited to your Baji99 wallet within seconds. Bank transfer (IBFT) deposits may take up to one business day to clear depending on your bank's processing times. Baji99 does not charge fees on incoming deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges which are outside Baji99's control.

Baji99 reserves the right to return a deposit to the originating payment method without crediting it to your Baji99 wallet if it is received from an unverified source, if it triggers a fraud alert, or if it is made in a currency other than PKR.

05 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available Baji99 wallet balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in these Terms. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to a verified payment method registered on your account.

Processing times: Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are typically processed within 5–15 minutes of a request being submitted. IBFT bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one business day. During peak periods or where additional verification is required, processing may take longer.

Withdrawal verification: Baji99 may request identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Where verification documents have not yet been submitted, you will be asked to provide a copy of your CNIC. Withdrawals will be held pending verification. This is a standard security measure and is not punitive.

Bonus-related restrictions: If your balance includes funds derived from a bonus, the wagering requirements associated with that bonus must be met before those funds become eligible for withdrawal. Your Baji99 account dashboard displays your current bonus wagering progress. Real-money deposits are always fully withdrawable regardless of any active bonus.

Baji99 does not charge withdrawal fees. Processing fees charged by your bank or mobile wallet provider are outside Baji99's control and will be deducted by the provider.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

Baji99 offers bonuses and promotional offers from time to time, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers and seasonal promotions tied to PSL, cricket tournaments and other events.

Wagering requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount) must be wagered before the bonus and any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement for each promotion is displayed on the relevant promotion page within your Baji99 account.

One bonus per account: Each Baji99 account is eligible for each promotional offer once only, unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times — including through duplicate accounts — is prohibited and will result in all bonus funds being voided and the accounts involved being investigated.

Baji99 reserves the right to:

• Modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time with reasonable notice where possible.
• Void bonus winnings where it reasonably believes that a member has abused the bonus terms.
• Require additional verification before crediting a bonus to an account.
• Set game restrictions on how bonus funds can be used — for example, limiting certain games' contribution to wagering requirements.

Bonus abuse — including matched betting, arbitrage betting and any coordinated strategy designed to exploit promotional offers — is a violation of these Terms and may result in account closure.

07 Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on Baji99 are subject to the specific betting rules applicable to the relevant sport and market. These rules are available within the sports betting section of the Platform and cover settlement procedures, rules for suspended or abandoned events, handling of late goals, DLS method in cricket, and similar scenarios.

Bet acceptance: Baji99 reserves the right to refuse, limit or void any bet at its sole discretion without being required to give a reason. This may occur where a bet appears to be based on privileged or inside information, where a technical error has resulted in incorrect odds being displayed, or where the bet exceeds the maximum stake for the relevant market.

Errors in odds: If odds are displayed incorrectly due to a technical error, system failure or human mistake, Baji99 reserves the right to settle bets at the correct odds — even after the event has concluded — or to void the bet entirely and return the stake. Baji99 is not liable for losses arising from incorrect odds that were accepted due to a manifest error.

Maximum payout: Maximum payout limits apply per bet and per event. These limits are displayed on the relevant market and may vary by sport, competition and market type. Baji99 will not pay out more than the stated maximum payout regardless of the calculated winnings on a bet.

In-play betting: Live in-play bets are subject to a short delay before acceptance to account for data feed latency. Baji99 reserves the right to void in-play bets that were accepted after the relevant event has already concluded or after the relevant outcome has already been determined.

08 Casino & Crash Games

All casino games and crash games available on Baji99 — including Aviator, JetX, Spaceman, jackpot slots and roulette — use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Crash games are provably fair, meaning that the crash point for each round is determined before the round begins and can be independently verified by players using the published cryptographic seeds.

The outcome of all casino and crash game rounds is entirely random and independent of previous outcomes. No strategy, pattern recognition or system can predict the outcome of any individual round. Baji99 does not influence round outcomes based on bet sizes, player history or any other variable.

Game malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction during a casino game or crash game round, the round will be voided and all stakes returned to the players involved. Baji99 is not liable for any losses arising from a technical malfunction beyond returning the stake for the affected round.

Minimum and maximum bet amounts per round are displayed within each game. These limits apply per round and cannot be circumvented by splitting bets across multiple accounts.

09 Refer a Friend Programme

Baji99 operates a Refer a Friend programme that allows eligible members to earn PKR rewards for referring new players to the Platform. Full details of the programme, including current reward amounts and tier structure, are available on the Refer a Friend page.

Qualifying referral conditions: A referral earns a reward only when the referred individual: (a) registers a brand new Baji99 account through the referrer's unique referral link; (b) is a first-time Baji99 member with no prior account; (c) makes a qualifying first deposit of at least Rs 500.

Prohibited referral behaviour: Referring yourself using a secondary account, referring fictitious individuals, or manufacturing referrals through any fraudulent means are all prohibited. Baji99 uses automated systems to detect fraudulent referral patterns. Any account found to be engaged in referral abuse will have all referral rewards voided and may be suspended permanently.

Baji99 reserves the right to modify the Refer a Friend programme terms, reward structure or qualifying criteria at any time. Existing qualifying referrals at the time of any change will be honoured under the terms in place at the time the referral was made.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Baji99 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one Baji99 account.
• Providing false, misleading or unverifiable personal information during registration or verification.
• Using funds that are proceeds of criminal activity — including but not limited to money laundering.
• Colluding with other players to fix the outcome of a bet or casino game.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts or any software to interact with the Platform in a non-human manner.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting or matched betting in connection with Baji99 promotional offers.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by local law.
• Allowing a minor (person under 18) to access your account or play on your behalf.
• Threatening, harassing or abusing Baji99 support staff or other users of the Platform.

11 Responsible Gaming

Baji99 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The Platform provides tools that allow members to manage their gambling activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cool-off periods and self-exclusion. These tools are available from within your account settings and take effect immediately upon activation — no waiting period or approval is required.

Self-exclusion: If you wish to exclude yourself from Baji99 permanently, contact the support team at support@baji99.cash. Permanent self-exclusion will be applied within 24 hours of your request and cannot be reversed for a minimum of six months. During a self-exclusion period, Baji99 will make reasonable efforts to prevent you from opening a new account.

Baji99 is strictly an 18+ platform. Any person found to be under the age of 18 using the Platform will have their account closed and any deposited funds returned to the originating payment method.

12 Account Suspension & Closure

Baji99 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to: suspected fraud, violation of these Terms, failure to complete verification, prolonged inactivity, or a request by the account holder to close the account.

Inactive accounts: An account that has not recorded any login activity for a period of twelve consecutive months may be classified as inactive. Baji99 will attempt to contact you at your registered email address or mobile number before applying any administrative fee or restriction. Inactive accounts will not be closed without prior notification.

Voluntary closure: You may request to close your Baji99 account at any time by contacting support. Pending withdrawal requests will be processed before the account is closed. If a balance remains in your account at the time of closure and no withdrawal request has been submitted, Baji99 will attempt to return those funds to your registered payment method.

Closure due to breach: Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance derived from bonus funds, fraudulent activity or prohibited conduct may be forfeited. Legitimate real-money deposits not derived from prohibited activity will be returned where practically possible.

13 Privacy & Data Protection

Baji99 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering a Baji99 account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

Baji99 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Personal data is shared only with payment processors, identity verification providers and regulatory authorities where legally required. 14 Limitation of Liability

Baji99 provides its Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While Baji99 makes reasonable efforts to ensure the Platform is available at all times, it does not guarantee uninterrupted access and will not be liable for losses arising from downtime, technical errors, or interruptions caused by factors outside its reasonable control.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Baji99's total liability to any member for any claim arising from their use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Baji99 is not responsible for any loss of profit, loss of opportunity, or indirect, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, even if Baji99 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in these Terms limits Baji99's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

15 Changes to These Terms

Baji99 reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they meaningfully affect your rights as a member — Baji99 will provide notice via your registered email address or a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Where changes are minor — such as corrections to typographical errors, clarifications of existing terms, or changes required by law — Baji99 may update the Terms immediately without advance notice.

The version number and effective date displayed at the top of this page will always reflect the current version. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
